Shipping policy

"Zaļā Bāze" delivers flower and gift orders on the specific date and time requested by the customer. If we cannot deliver the order as requested, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund within 5 business days. Delivery fees are paid by the customer. We handle all deliveries ourselves, but only to select cities and during the following hours:
Weekdays: 10AM - 7PM
Saturdays: 10AM - 7PM
Sundays: 11AM - 7PM
